Mulukulu Wilson is a 12-year-old boy from Uganda, originally born in Mbale in the Eastern Region. When he was just 2 years old, his mother abandoned him, and she remains unknown to the family in Bukabaale. His father raised him alone and, at the age of 7, brought him to live with his grandparents. Sadly, two years later, his father passed away. Wilson’s elderly grandparents, who are small-scale farmers, do their best to provide for him by growing food for the family and selling some to cover basic needs and school supplies. However, as age and weakness take a toll, farming has become a struggle. They pray that Wilson can continue with his education and have a brighter future.
