Statement of Faith
We, the members and partners of 5&2 Foundation Ministries- trustees, missionaries, volunteers, and friends- join together in our shared mission: to reveal the love of Jesus Christ through word and action, bringing hope to the hopeless, caring for the orphaned, and leading people into a personal relationship with God.
We affirm the following articles as the foundation of our faith and the heartbeat of our ministry.

Article I – The Word of God
We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are divinely inspired, the living Word of God, and the ultimate authority for faith, life, and ministry. Through His Word, God reveals His character, His promises, and His plan of redemption for all people.

Article II – The Nature of God
We believe in one true and living God- Creator of heaven and earth- who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is perfect in holiness, steadfast in love, and righteous in all His ways.

Article III – Humanity and Sin
We believe that every human being is created in the image of God, with purpose, dignity, and worth. Yet through disobedience, humanity fell into sin and became separated from God. Apart from His grace, we are powerless to restore that relationship on our own.

Article IV – Jesus Christ, Our Savior
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who became fully human while remaining fully divine. He lived a sinless life, revealed the heart of the Father, and gave Himself as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. Through His death and resurrection, He conquered sin and death and made a way for all who believe to be reconciled to God.

Article V – The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit works in the hearts of people to draw them to Christ, convict of sin, and bring spiritual renewal. The Spirit indwells every believer, empowering us to live in holiness, to love selflessly, and to serve others with compassion and boldness.

Article VI – Salvation by Grace
We believe that salvation is a gift from God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Through Him, we are forgiven, justified, and adopted into the family of God. Our faith is demonstrated through a transformed life that reflects God’s mercy and love to the world.

Article VII – The Church and Mission
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ on earth, made up of all believers from every nation, tribe, and tongue. We are called to live in unity, share the Gospel, disciple believers, and serve the poor and the brokenhearted. As a ministry, we seek to make the love of God visible through practical acts of care and compassion, proclaiming His Kingdom in both word and deed.

Article VIII – The Return of Christ and Eternal Hope
We believe that Jesus Christ will return again in power and glory to judge the living and the dead and to establish His everlasting Kingdom. Those who belong to Him will live forever in His presence, where there will be no more pain, sorrow, or death- but everlasting joy and peace.
