Current State
Right now, our school literally stands on fragile ground. The classrooms are made of temporary mud structures with no proper flooring, leaving children exposed to dust, dirt, and frequent flooding during the rainy season. When storms come, the wet mud walls weaken and pose a serious risk of collapse, endangering the lives of our students and teachers. These unsafe conditions also contribute to infections and illnesses, making it harder for children to learn and thrive.
We urgently need your support to build a safe, permanent school, one that offers dignity, protection, and a stable environment where every child can focus on learning, growing, and dreaming about a better future.
Why We Must Build
New school construction will address the urgent challenges we face with our current temporary structures:
Safe and secure learning. No more fragile mud walls and dusty floors. Children will learn in strong, permanent classrooms built to withstand storms and protect their health and safety.
A clean, healthy environment. No more exposure to flooding and dust-related infections. A solid foundation, proper ventilation, and clean floors will give students a healthy space to thrive.
Room to grow and dream. No more turning children away due to limited space. The new school will allow us to welcome more students and offer youth programs, skills training, and faith-based mentorship in a nurturing environment.
